I chose 1-2 because I'm not as active as I should be. I do Yoga stretches a few times a week depending on how I feel. I walk, but not consistently. I need to get into better shape, at least improve on my walking. When the pandemic happened, I was in the house mostly and put on the "Pandemic 20." I've always been plus-sized and never had a problem walking or exercising, but this extra 20 is killing me. For the first time in my life I feel my weight.
