Good Morning
It’s 5:25am as I start this poll.
I’m starting the poll with a good morning greeting because that’s part of the topic of today’s poll. Instead of saying hello, some of us say good morning, good afternoon and good evening. It’s old school and a little more formal to do this. I use all 3 regularly and some people look at me like I have 3 heads when I say good afternoon and good evening. Good Morning doesn’t get odd looks because most people seem to day that. Here’s a little more about it…..

So let’s get a little formal and talk about how we greet one another today……
When greeting (as in saying “hello”) someone what do you say?
Do you say it regularly or sometimes?
(multiple choice)
For Me……As I mentioned above I say all 3 regularly. My grandfather was adamant about me always saying good morning to everyone I saw when we’d walk for the Sunday paper. He also said good afternoon and good evening, but I really didn’t start saying those until about 10 years ago, I like it and it’s part of my normal language when saying hello to people. I do use hello regularly too, but I try to say the other greetings first.
