We do the same . Pack them in an old peanut butter jar, inside a ziplock bag. Don’t want to give ants a party in July.We have individually wrapped candy canes that we use to decorate the tree. I replace them every few years; they start to look a little melty after a while!
Thank you!I bought a box of mint and a box of Jolly Rancher candy canes this year. Some years, they don’t get eaten. I think I’m going to make some dark chocolate peppermint bark this year and I’ll crush up the mint ones for that. Merry Christmas @slo and fellow DIS friends!
