Sling Shot

While we were in Daytona Beach a few years back, they had a ride called the slingshot. I was wondering if there is one near Orlando. My daughter and her girlfriend did it in Daytona and loved it. We are heading down to Orlando in June and I have dared my DS to try it.

YIKES!! I would never do that, I am too scared. I believe there is one down on 192 in or near Old Town. I am pretty sure we went by one. Good luck!

Yeah, there is one at old town and a spacecoaster ride too. On the spacecoaster you're strapped face down and then hauled up to the top of a really high tower then released to go flying toward another A-shaped tower. I've never done it but we did watch others. After watching the sling shot one I had nightmares about being on it and landing in someone's swimming pool. Have fun!

In addition to the one at Old Town, there's one on International Drive. It's neon-rainbow striped, hard to miss at night.
