As reported in another thread, I went on to the Member site to add details to the 'What will you celebrate' link. When I entered the reservation number, it did indeed bring up details of all the people on my reservation except two of the names were very, very wrong. I posted a little while ago that I hadn't had written confirmations of my October reservations but wasn't overly worried as I could view them on the Member website. Obviously, though, you can't view the names. Should I contact MS to let them know the names are wrong or will it not matter when I check in anyway.
 
I would send an e-mail to MS with all of the correct names that should be on that particular reservation number...keep the e-mail and the reply and print that out. I don't think spelling matters, however, so it's probably not important, but I would send the e-mail.

The problem with emails is that you don't always know if they received it or processed it because they don't always send you a response. It would be nice if they did, but they don't.

Calling is the only way to make sure that the reservation info is correct.

You've not gotten responses? I have found that typing out the information does help get things correct. I send through the members site, and have always gotten feedback. Do you send e-mails that way, or just though your mail service?
