Slider Question

Sliders question. I know we get a slider for being DVC Members. Since we are getting the AP, do we get that slider as well?

Or we only get one?

(I personally think the DVC Slider looks nicer)

Once the AP has been activated, there will be an open order in MDE for the Passholder MagicBands. The packaging that the Passholder MagicBands are delivered in will contain AP Sliders and an AP Discount Card.

If you have either a will call confirmation number or exchange certificates (aka vouchers) for your APs, those can be linked to MDE which will allow advance FP+ selections.

The pass(es) will need to be activated before you can request the Passholder Magicbands.

Did you check inside of the tray that holds the MagicBands?

If not there, you can check with the Front Desk when you arrive at the resort.

I am in Canada, I know they will not ship to me and that I will have to pick up my magic bands. I just wonder if that is why I can't order the sliders?

I should get 2, one for DVC and one for AP.

You don't order the sliders, they are automatically included in the MagicBand packaging.

If you have a DVC reservation & customized the MagicBands, there should be DVC sliders in the box when you get the MagicBands at the resort.

Yes, I looked, but the box was empty except for a small card with some instructions. I got the regular box that they send to non-member guests - the one with the Incredibles on it. I guess they sent the wrong one. Is there a special box for DVC members? (I know there is a separate box for AP members.)

I hope I can get my slider when I get there.

We are DVC Members as well as AP holders and have only received the DVC sliders and they came in The incredibles box. I agree, if you didn't get the sliders, I would ask for them at the front desk.

Everyone with a Disney Resort Reservation (DVC or CRO) gets the Incredibles packaging. If there were not DVC sliders, the processing facility may have been out of stock, or they just failed to put them in your package.

Unfotunately I had no slider in my box, nor was I given one at the resort. Maybe that's the one disadvantage of my on-line check in. Otherwise, my on-line check in resulted in a GREAT experience, but no slider. And although I have an Annual Pass, and saw lots of people with AP sliders on their MB, I never received one. So I guess I'm entitled to 2 sliders, but have none. I must admit, I didn't ask though.
