So if you can see it in my design I didn't do a full length wrap, I have cup holders on mine so I had to make a cut out part way up so it looks like an H. I also reinforced the back with almost all Velcro to hold the weight of a sleeping child, it might be overkill. It's only double layered so it's thin and easy to fold up and store under. I made sure to go high enough up her head would not dangle backwards. She tucks her feet into bag area when riding forward. It's super easy, if you can sew a pillow case you can sew one of these. My Baby Trend is pretty good with it on too, it's not even that back heavy when she reclines.
