SLEEPING BEAUTY/AURORA: where can I find her?

My daughter LOVES her and wants to meet her. I cannot find any character meal which guarantees she is there. WHERE can I find her? Thanks so much!

We saw Aurora at Epcot in the France pavilion...over in the gazebo.

She's part of the Akershus and CRT meals as far as I know...someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

I don't think that any of the character meals "guarantee" a particular character because there could be an unforeseeable circumstance that prevents an appearance, but Sleeping Beauty/Aurora is one of the princesses who appear regularly at Cinderella's Royal Table (Citrico's during the renovation). We saw her there in November.
