I slept in skyline bar in the middle of the day. DD fell asleep in the stroller and after pushing her around the loud hallways, I decided to look for somewhere cooler and dark for her to finish her nap in the stroller. Skyline was open, but no bartender, so I went in and sat in one of the couches. It was apparently comfortable because I slept for 45 minutes. Whoops!
This is a great question and I'm enjoying the responses. I have never fallen asleep in a public area on a cruise ship, but I've lost count of how many times I've fallen asleep in random areas of WDW resorts (never at night). At WDW at least, nobody has ever tried to wake me up.
Fortunately I slept through the night in my cabin and didn't need to find an alternate place to crash, but I did notice in the adult area on deck during the day there sure were a lot of people sound asleep.
