I usually go to bed about 9:00-11:00 on a school night and about 10:00-1:00 on a weekend.

it takes me about 30 mins to about 90 mins to get to sleep. My bed is so uncomfortable plus i need some continuous noise in the background.

i get about 7-10 hours of sleep a day

i usually go to bed at 9 on a school night and watch tv in my room until around 10:30.

on weekends, i stay up usually until around 12:00 or 1:00.

it takes around 2 minutes for me to fall asleep. it doesnt take much when im tired, lol

I usually go to bed at 10. I watch television for about an hour. Then I meditate for hours if necessary. Its so difficult for me to go to sleep some times. I was an insomniac little more than a year ago. Thats when I started meditating. it helps, but its still so hard to go to sleep sometimes.

School = Anywhere from 9.30 to 11. On Tuesdays it's 11 due to the fact I NEED TO WATCH HOUSE <3

Weekend/Summer = 12 am.

It takes me about an hour to fall asleep, depending on how tired I am.
