A few things I thought were worth mentioning:
1) If you go to KLOS's website they have general contest rules posted for all of their contests. While it does say that some contests have specific rules, the general rules that apply to all contests include:
"1) Contests are open to legal US citizens 18 years of age or older, who live in either Ventura, Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, Santa Barbara, Kern Counties or Mark & Brian Syndicated Cities, within that citys official city of license, and have a valid Social Security Number and either a valid California Drivers license or valid California ID."
Since the 10 prize packs include the 3 Day pass that is open to So. Cal. residents only, this seems to make sense.
2) The rules posted on KLOS's website say that 10 winners will receive "4 pack of Southern Californias own 4 packs 3-Day Park Hopper tickets that lets you play for three days at the
Disneyland Resort. And qualify to win the grand prize which include a nights stay inside the Haunted Mansion."
The way I read this is that 10 people will win 4 So Cal. 3Day PH tickets and be entered in a drawing of some sort from which 1 will win the Mansion stay.
3) As was addressed above, Mark and Brian do "Kid Breaks" almost every time they get Disneyland-related prizes. (Yes, drives me crazy as a non-kid-having-Disney-lover.) It's basically "okay, let's have the kids call now." And they do. They tell jokes, stories, play music, you name it, and M&B award prizes.
I didn't see any different contest rules for this contest.
And yes, 09-09-09 is the date that everything has been based around up to this point.
