Skyliner Refurb in January Timeline

We are considering doing Pop Century at the end of January and noticed that the skyliner will be down.
So I am thinking of scheduling our trip for immediately after their announced schedule.
I'm wondering what people's experience has been with them opening it back up on time.
I don't want to get there and find that it's still closed when that is the only reason I was considering that resort (over one of the All Stars)

I'm sure someone will remember the exact dates/details and will chime in, but if I'm not mistaken at least one, if not all, of the lines reopened early after this past January's scheduled downtime.
