Skyliner from Riviera to Boardwalk for breakfast

How early does the skyliner start running from Riviera to the Boardwalk area? And is it the same monster line everyone references in regards to DHS in the morning? Hoping to grab an early breakfast at Trattoria on our departure day & I'd love to take the skyliner, but maybe it's easier to drive?

It was officially 10:30 when I was there 3 weeks ago but it may have started earlier.
