there is a high speed auction for Silver Lake - the price is already $325 + $195+$15 = 535

that is too high for me!

I just got back from Silver Lake. There is major construction going on. I'm staying elsewhere in the future. The area next to the pool is torn up. They are constructing a new building and start hammering at 7am.

I had many maintenance issues for the first time. Something has changed for the worse.

It is definately not worth $535.

bearzabout - We had some issues with Silver Lake also. We were not near the construction, so we lucked out. They were starting work early each day. The pool area that was torn apart was the play ground which is closed and does not appear to be opening anytime soon. The first few nights were very noisy due to kids yelling and running through the parking lot. Also the walls are very thin inside. One night we had someone ringing our door bell once
at 10pm and again at 11pm no one at the door. Not a real big deal but when you have a almost 2 and a almost 4yr old it can be disturbing. Not trying to trash silver lake just some observations.
