Skyauction question

I won the auction friday night. I followed the email directions for reserving my stay. I have not received any more information. How do I know for sure my reservation took? How long does it take to hear from them. I thought for sure I'd have gotten an email by now.

They do not work on the weekend, so I would expect an email today from them.

Any idea just how long I should wait? I knew I'd need to wait until today, but I've been waiting all day. I'm just so anxious to get everything booked.

you should have heard by now.

unless a person has to get back to you.

then it can take a couple of days.

reasons for a person to get back to you - this resort is no longer available for those days (this does happen), the resort is having problems and have closed these rooms

rci (skyauction) and the resort disagree to who had access to these rooms at this time.

we have always found them very helpful

of course you may have already heard from them, but if not call in the morning

they open at 9am

when I did my ReadySetGo auction, in addition to sending the email with their requested info, there was a part under "my account" I think I needed to do. It was the part about actually finishing to pay them.

I'm sorry I forgot to update. I did get a response to my email saying "Our staff will handle all submitted information based on date of departure first (for anyone traveling at the last minute) and then in the order that the requests are submitted. "

About an hour later I got an email that they didn't see my reservation so I gave them the info. I got my final confirmation about 5 hours later. I suppose I needed to be a bit more patient, but it's good that I did contact them since they didn't see my reservation info.

We'll be at Cypress Pointe Grand Villas from 12/10-12/17!
