Planning on going away sometime this July to Orlando. I think I am going to bid on an travel auction on SkyAuction. Has anyone bid on an auction yet? I checked out their orlando hotel packages page. They seem to have a bunch of orlando hotel deals. Let me know what you guys think.

don't like their hotels - but love their timeshares.

yes I have bid on several of the timeshares offer - won a few.

remember to add up all the charges.

for hotels that is $32 per DAY.

for timeshare it is $295 per WEEK.

oh dear - looks like a hotel is now a better deal!

I also noticed some auctions on E-bay for one and two bedroom units at Bonnet Creek for $440-$550 per week. You may want to consider those if the dates work.

I use Skyauction all the time. Make sure to read reviews on the resorts you are considering using tripdadvisor.com. Some timeshares get marginal reviews.
