Sky Auction: Ready,set,go?

For the first time tonight I checked out SkyAuction. It looks TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE. Am I right in understanding that you can win an auction for a inexpensive price and then you only have to pay that price plus $195 in fees? If so, what is a fair auction price for a week in a one or two bedroom in the Orlando area? Is there more availability for off season weeks?
I still can't get over the cheap prices.
Also, do all of the SkyAuction resorts offerr complimentary shuttles to WDW/Sea World and Universal?

Am I warped or what, I am still months away from this years vacation (Siesta Key, FL 2 weeks/WDW 1 week) but am trying to plan next years vacation (3 weeks at three different skyauction properties, one near WDW, two at a nice Fl beach). I can see myself becoming as addicted to Skyauction as I am to DIS!

The auctions I have won were "Ready- set- go" auctions for $51. That price plus the $195 service charge and $15 admin fee gave me a grand total of $261/week. Great accomodations. So far I have used it for Orange Lake, Silver Lake, and upcoming is Cypress pointe. I know the price is hard to believe but it is for real. There have been shuttles from these resorts but I can't remeber cost and times.

I am thinking of using Skyauction too. I am a little concerned about the high pressure sales tactics if you stay there on the cheap rates??? Any experience?

Hi all,
We have used Skyauction 5 seperate times, three times in Hilton Head South Carolina,and the accomidation were absolutely wonderful, once in Cocoa Beach again wonderful and Cypress Pointe Grand Villas 3 minutes from Disney again a wonderful stay!I have told all of my friends and family about Skyauction and we are currently looking for our 6th trip through Skyauction. I highly recommend them!!Any questions ???
I also have pics of all the resorts We have stayed at through Skyauction!!

The extent of our "high Pressure" was a no on the phone and that was it. They really don't pressure you at all.
