Sky Auction Professionals, please help

I am in need of a condo for our disney vacation, other plans fell through, so now I am looking at sky auction I have never used this so I want to make sure that I understand how it works and I have not missed any fine print.
I am looking at auction number 974936 this is for a 2 bedroom when I pull up the info on the resort it lists the dates that are aval. mine is listed on there, so what is my cost the amount of the bid plus the 195.00 I seen listed at the bottom and a 15.00 fee? Is this the amount that I would pay for the condo for the week? And if I win then what happens? Anyone please help with info I would really appreciate this, The resort is the Sunterra Polynesian Isle, has anyone stayed there? And is it close to disney,taking back roads there?

then make sure you bid in the last few minutes - so no one will bid against you.

yes, as spiceycat said, that's how it works. however, i just looked at that auction and it's up to $311 already. have you checked the ready, set, go auctions - if you can find something that way, it would be cheaper.

Thanks for all the info, I am a sucker for all the infor I can get about something. I just found another auction on there 975575, but it does not list any dates when you click on the sight but my dates are in between the ones posted on the first page, it doesn't end until Monday and it is real cheap right now, and they are several resorts to choose from.

if it says 2 or more nights - not the 7 days only

then it is being treated like a hotel and the bid is per night - not entire stay.

be careful - read EVERYTHING

you have to be careful of that second auction.....since it is "first" for a one bedroom then you have to upgrade to a two bedroom for additional fees

it looks like they have a lot of availability though since it says...

My dates are June3/4-10/11 I need a two bedroom, the second auction that I looked at 975575 I thought was for 7night and then I think 100.00 if you want a 2bedr. which is what I need.

there is a Marriott's Sabal Palms June 4 - the price if you are a member is $699 (+ tax). Members are allowed to book getaways for non-members.

I looked on the extra vacation on RCI and they weren't any for a 2-bedroom - there was some for 1 -bedroom - for around $600 - but hey I would go with the Marriott for that price.

spicycat, I take it that you belong to RCI?
I usually buy a week from a friend of mine who belongs to RCI she has like 5 weeks, the last two years I have went in Oct. we usually booked my room by at least April, this year we are going in June and we have been looking since January and she tells me they have nothing unless I buy an extra week, which she says now that is running around $800.00, and I think she said that there was not even any the week I wanted to go, she usually only charges me $500.00 for the week she gets, so its hard for me to swallow $800.00 that is why I have started searching for myself a room, and looked on sky auction I kept reading on here where everyone got great deals, I just don't want to mess up and miss some kind of fine print. The other auction that I am looking at ends on Monday and is only at $1 right now it only lists dates now through 12/31/05 I think, but when you click on the actual information and to bid it doesn't list exact dates, and I think you have to add $100.00 to that if you want a 2 bedroom. Thanks for all the help you have been.
