Sky Auction help needed ASAP....

When I bid on an item and win, will I be charged the bid amount x 2 (if I buy 2) immediatly and if so will the "taxes and government fees" be charged at the same time or at the time I book the dates?

For example a cruise is going for say $100, I bid, the taxes and port fees are $177 additional each, $60 for oceanview or selected dates, etc...

When I win, if I do, will I be billed $200.00 or will I be billed that plus the $177 and $60....

I also read you are not billed until 72 hours later you can CX the bid, but then you have to pay a $95.00 cx fee... so I want to know ahead of time how much money I will need to have to bid.
