skirt or flank steak?

Which is better, skirt or flank steak? How do you cook them? On the grill? Thanks.

definitely Skirt.... I just pan fry it and it's delicious. Flank steak to me is just bland. We had skirt steak as a treat as it's so expensive!!! (here any way!) I guess you could cook it on the grill, although I've never tried, I cook it the way my mother taught me.
