Sketch artists in the parks?

My sister saw and is hoping we can find her a sketch artist next week during our trip and I have no clue what she is asking about, so I really hope the boards can help!
She wants a realistic sketch with a Disney twist, not a caricature, more realistsic looking and they can use photos?

Has anyone seen anything recently?

I don't know if they still do it, but the silhouettes on Main Street are cool. It's not a sketch though, and I don't know if they can do it from a photo, but it's a nice souvenir. We did it one year, and it was amazing how they captured my kids with just a piece of card stock.

They used to be in some of the resort lobbies in the evenings, I remember one in the BWI for sure, but I haven't seen one recently.
