Does anyone on here have a pair of these sneakers? Do they really work? I am contemplating a purchase from kohls b/c I finally got a 30% off code and they sell them there! At $100 this is a bit too much for me for a pair of sneaks, but, $70 is much better! At a weight loss support group I attend one lady had a pair and said it totally kicked her behind on her walks. She said you could feel the burn from your but to your calves. Online reviews are somewhat OK I'd just like a bit more info to make sure these aren't a fad!

I would be tempted if they were made by any other company but Skechers. I have not have good luck with Skechers quality so I hate to buy those shoes anymore. Nike, Reebok, Adidas, New Balance..heck, even Target brand...is better than Skechers to me.

I wonder if they are like the FitFlops, that you feel the burn at first but once you get used to using those muscles and such it's basically a walk in the park? Because I would hate to spend 70 bucks for that. Because I LOVE my FitFlops and wear them everywhere..but I think it's because I wear them everywhere my body is used to them now. I DID feel the burn at first..but now it's my usual. So it would be like waving an arm while walking. Sure, I am burning a few extra calories..but not as much as waving both arms while walking (the burn I felt at first, bad metaphor I know).

One of my co-workers came in with a pair on last week and she said she loved them! She could feel them working her legs all day. :thumbsup2

I generally love Skechers (I have terrible Fibro and they are awesome on my back) but I'm not sure if I could handle these shoes...and there is no mistaking them when you see them, they are quite chunky!

I don't have the Sketchers brand but I bought the Curves brand from Avon and they are great. they also were only $39.99. http://shop.avon.com/shop/product.aspx?pf_id=36393
I don't feel much of a burn from them, and I didn't from the Fit flops either, but I have neuropathy and fibromyalgia and they do help alot with these. With my neuropathy sometimes my leg goes completly numb, and it doesn't happen as much with the Curves sneakers.
I have trouble with Fit Flops because they don't have a back strap and I can't wear shoes without because when my feet go numb I fall out of my shoes. I can't feel the toes to "hold" the shoes on. I bought a stretch headband and sewed 1/2 onto each strap of my fit flops and now they have back straps that I use on the bad days.
Avon has a pair of fit Flop type sandles that are currently on back order but they should come to me just in time for the winter. I guess I have to plan a trip to Fl just so I can wear my sandles for a bit.

Avon also makes a Fit Flop type that I have never tried since I have a brand name but they also look good.http://shop.avon.com/shop/product.aspx?pf_id=33860

Stacy347.. I also have fibro and these shoes really help me alot. I don't seem to get as much pain as I do when I wear my regular shoes or slippers. I was amazed when my neurologist recommended "rockers" for me. I tried to find a cheap pair of rockers but the cheapest was over $200 for the MTB brand.

PS. I don't sell Avon

:thumbsup2 too am interested in the sneakers. Not sure if I can buy them here!:confused3

I have them and love them! They are a little weird at first, feel like moon shoes. They make you stand taller. I don't wear them all the time, but when I do you can feel them working.
I bought them from Famous Footwear when it was buy one, get one 1/2 off with a 20% coupon. The other pair was also shape-ups with one of my friends, so we got a good deal.
The shoes actually come with a booklet and DVD. I haven't watched it...
