Hello. We are cruising on the Wonder mid-August 2022. I’m interested in renting a car in Haines and driving to the Chilkoot River on our own. Our cruise itinerary for Skagway says guests ashore at 7:15 am, time subject to change. The earliest available ferry from Skagway to Haines is 8:00 am. Would we be able to make the 8:00 am or should I book the next ferry at 10:00 am to play it safe? Thanks in advance.
