Well, I finally broke down and bought a sizzix machine. I bid on a complete set of lollipop letters on ebay before I even had the machine and wouldn't you know it - I won the auction. So here's my questions 1) Is Michael's the only "chain" store that sells dies? Does Hobby Lobby? Wouldn't it be nice if wal-mart did?! 2) How do you store your dies? I know they have an "official sizzix storage system" but I've already spent too much money so I'm looking for more creative ideas (eg. cheap!). I keep coming back to the idea one of those over the door plastic shoe holder but smaller. Any ideas?

The letters come in a card board box but when the single ones are purchased they come in a plastic container. I just stack those in a plastic storage container. you can get dies at acmoore if you have one you can also order dorect at www.sizzix.com

I have mine dies in a plastic storage container that I bought at Walmart. It's nothing special really, just one of the many varieties they sell. As for storing them in a shoe holder on the door, I suppose it's possible but when you put lots together they are rather heavy.

I have mine in little wooden crates - - the large red dies and some of the yellow ones that have the name printed on them the wrong way (on the end instead of on the side).

As for the letters, I LOVE the sizzix storage system. Mine were getting all out of whack with them in the box. I also have all of my little dies in them.

Hobby Lobby around here tried to sell them, but since they don't do coupons they sold VERY slowly, and so they stopped selling them. The MJ Designs did, but they went out of business. I want to say some JoAnns have them.

I keep mine in a plastic drawer thingy. I only have one alphabet set and a couple of other dies. You can find them at ACMoore and online at http://www.creativexpress.com/ I've seen some people get deals on ebay for individual dies, but I can never find those same deals.
