Sizzix Embossing Machine

Hi< just bought the machine that looks like a blue and black purse. Now when I want to buy more die cuts, are there ones specific for the machine or can I use any Sizzix ones?

I think only embossing folders fit into the little purse one. In other words, you can't use cutting dies on that machine.

I got a really good deal on this machine months ago ... I think I only paid around $10 for it (in fact I bought 2 and sent one off to my friend ... spent more on the shipping). Hanging my head in shame saying that I've yet to use it but it's my understanding that it is just an embosser. There are sets designed especially for this machine but you can use Cuttlebug embossing folders as well. I have 2 cute Hello Kitty sets.
I bought my machine at Michaels (and I'm sure you'll find it hard to believe that they didn't sell the folders ) and got my folders at A C Moore. They have quite a few on the sizzix website.

I love my little purse! I bought it several months ago. It only embosses. I did try to use die to cut paper, but the black plastic sheets started cracking.

You can use just about any embossing folders, sizzix or cuttlebug work fine for me. Cuttlebug has several on clearance now through on line stores. Have fun with your purse. My dds have fallen in love with it also, they are7 and 9 and have probably used it more than I have.
