size of lockers at MK

Just wondering . . .

About how big are the lockers at MK and/or Epcot. I plan to take some drinks & snacks in with me, but don't know what will fit. We would like to be able to store a soft cooler (approx. 8x12x12) and a backpack. Is that do-able? And where are the lockers located? Give me some help, and I'll throw some pixie dust your way!

I'm not 100% with MK but Epcot has some large lockers. Dh did the Richard Petty experience and had a big picture etc. and we rented a locker for that and some purchases, he put it in so I'm not sure about dimensions. The cm was wonderful and said large items were not a problem.

The lockers at the MK are underneath the loading platform for the train station as you enter the park. I don't think you'll have any problem fitting a small cooler the size that you describe. You won't have any trouble spotting the counter where you pay for your locker rental.

You can ask when you pay your fee, but it seems to me that some of the lockers are larger than others . . . . .

Anybody else remember if there are some lockers larger than others? If so, are they more $$$?

If my memory is correct all the lockers are the same size. Our last trip was Dec 02 and the lockers are a good size. I was able to put 4 mid weight coats and a napsack in with a little push.

I am sure someone on the boards will have locker size. Even if you have to get 2 lockers it will still be a lot cheaper that lunch in MK.

MK has large and small lockers. large is about 2x the size of small and I think they have more depth, too. We can store two back packs, coats and a big tripod in a large.

I believe the door on the small lockers are 12x12 max. Your cooler will fit if it can give a little around the corners.

I believe the charge is the same regardless of size (seemed that way when I was paying last week). As for a large if you're concerned.
