Six Days...How Would YOU Park Hop?

I am looking for advice for a six day stay in early March.

I have not park hopped since 2001.

With all of the ways you have to pre-plan right now and the 2PM issue, how would you divide up your time?

Or would you simply do one park per day?

Personally I would do one park per day to not lose travel time in between. Also if you are using any of the pay-per-ride offers I think it becomes more complicated when hopping (unless it's a shorter trip and not hopping would mean missing out on a park or ride completely). Oh and one park per day is cheaper ticket-wise so your $ goes further. That's my two cents...!

We just went Thanksgiving with 2 days for each park. Were so glad we had park hoppers because for ROTR we could not get it our first HS day but reserved it the next day for 6 pm after spending the day at AK. We arrived and the ride was broken down heard it was for the second time and happened a lot that week. Luckily we waited around that area as it was back up in an hour. We had to on a few other days hop to be able to get other rides as well both the regular Genie+ ones and the extra fee ones.

Keep in mind that Park Hopping also opens up dining options.

For example, starting your day at Hollywood Studios, then taking a Friendship boat to Epcot for dinner.

I'm here now, 5 nights 6 days, I have an annual pass. I hop every day, yesterday to 3 parks. I rely totally on Disney transportation. I think it might depend on your goal. I'm not using any of the Genie + pay features and have been able to ride what I want but I'm not real ride centric. If you are going to pay the $15 a day, most people find it helpful to do a park you aren't really going to need it for in the morning then book all your rides for the afternoon to the park you are going to hop to. I have found, for me, I hop to the park I'm going to either the next day or later in the week at night and can knock out a number of rides then just doing stand by. That way when it comes to doing the park on my reservation day, I'm not really rushed since I've already ridden a lot of rides. Today is my HS day and I was there last night. I did all the rides I wanted to so this morning I will do the rides I sort of want to but if I don't, it's no big deal. Thursday is my MK day 2 and I have already ridden everything I wanted to there so I'll spend the morning shopping then visit a resort or two to look at decorations then probably go to AK later in the day since I didn't see any shows when I was there earlier in the week.

I usually spend until around noon in park 1, got back to the resort for a pool break or to rest then head out to park 2. I've had no issues with transportation, a few times at the very early morning and late at night it has been standing room only on the bus but otherwise not bad. I must be good at the timing thing because I haven't had to wait more than 10 min. for a bus.

We don't even reserve an EPCOT day anymore, just hop there several times each visit. And you can ride Remy during extended evening hours.
I have an Epcot day booked and I’m debating about cancelling and switching it for another animal kingdom or HS day. We are staying at BC and figure we can always hop there at night
