Situation with 2 mde accounts

Years ago I had an MDE account that I couldn't access for some reason, so I just opened a new account. When linking my SSR reservation to MDE I had a senior moment, and somehow accessed that old account. Now I have my week at BCV linked to my new account, and SSR linked to the old account. Last time I called for tech support the wait was 90 minutes, I sent an email but after at least a week I've had no response. This time I got through to an agent, but he couldn't help me, and linked me to the technical support line again and told me to ask to merge my 2 accounts... 70 minutes wait. Would member services be able to help me, or is this strictly tech support. I know member services is a long wait too, but at least it's an 800 number.

It's an IT thing. MS can't perform the merge.
 

I made one more call to tech support, and asked for a call back instead of waiting. They called me back within 90 minutes, problem fixed by a wonderful, cheerful cast member. Gave her a 5 star rating on the survey. Call back is the way to go!

What was the fix, e.g., merge of the accounts? Elimination of the first account and move reservation to second? Which account now exists?

Accounts merged, took 2 minutes, then a minute for me to sign in and check it myself. The old account was merged with the newer one. Both my reservations now show up.
