OK, this is a silly question but it's been bugging me.

When riding from the airport to AKL do you see the magic kingdom or the castle?

If so, on which side?

I want to capture DD4's reaction the first time she sees the castle.

We stayed at AKL last year. I do not remember seeing the castle or going past the Magic Kingdom.

We went through the threshold sign that Welcomes you to Disney World.

Though you can see the parking lot and the Tree of Life in Animal Kingdom as you pass this park.
I believe they were on your right cause we tend to sit on the right side of the bus.

I forgot to mention. There is a small overheard monitor that shows an introductory film about Disney World so she will be able to see the parks and hotels and activities and of course some of the characters as you travel to your hotel.

No, you won't see MK from your bus ride to AKL.

You'll just have to wait to see that little face light up on your first bus ride over to MK.

Thanks guys. Now I know, and knowing is half the battle :)

NJ Goofy, I'm in the People's Republic of NJ as well

North or south ??

We hope to move down south in a few years, hopefully a lot closer to WDW ! We can then visit as much as we want with the money we'll save on nj's taxes and insurance.

I'm in Middlesex County.

Looking forward to leaving the state as well. I love living here but the taxes kill me (actually I simply resent paying so much money just so it could end up in somebody else's pocket).

This year my dad started having major medical issues, so I'm pretty much stuck but unless some tax-revolt is going to happen I cannot see myself staying in NJ for more than a few years before getting pushed out.
