Site inspection question about after reception party

Hello everyone!! Does anyone know if that during the site inspection they can tell you the locations for the illuminations dessert parties? Or does anyone know where they all are? We are REALLY interested in having one after the reception and would like to know different options we have. And I am wondering if we could check out the places while we are there in epcot and see the different views we could get from the different places during Illuminations. Also, is there some kind of special transportation to epcot from your reception that's included in the per head fee or is it a meet up and go from there? AND (one last question) Does the after reception dessert party go towards your min.? Sorry so many questions If you have no idea thanks for checking out my thread!!

Just tell your SM that you are interested in a dessert party and they will gladly tell you the locations that will work for your size group. The transportation is a personal decision, but the cost s above and beyond any per person fee. Depending where your reception is you may be able to utlize disney transportation to get to EPCOT. Depending on the size of your group and the timing, Disney may reccomend that you provide transportation for your guests. And yes, the dessert party will count towards your minimums.

Yup like Helen said the dessert party will count towards your minimums as long as it is held on your wedding day - just wanted to clarify that for any other readers.

There are so many locations to choose from :

UK Lower (my particular favourite )
UK Upper
French Island both Upper and Lower
Italy Isola
Morocco

Where else am I forgetting ?

French Island Arm (It is between the UK terrace but across the bridge from the France Island.

Japan Terrace (It is for small groups - less than 20)

Those are the other one I've heard about (and we used the French Island Arm - it was very nice).

For transportation we booked a bus to take guests from the Wedding Pavillion to Living Seas, that same bus took us from there to America for the Candlelight Processional, they walked us to the UK terrace from there. Had we not gone to Candlelight we would have had to use the bus to get to UK.
