Sit down Quick Service options in Epcot.

Aside from ARBH and Liberty are there any other inside, sit down, Quick service lunch options in Epcot?

Here are the QS restaurants with indoors options that I can think of: Electric Umbrella, Sunshine Seasons, Les Halles, Tangierine Cafe, Katsura, Kringla & I've read that you have the option of using part of the indoors area in Mexico where the TS is on the water but no first hand experience with that.

Sunshine Season's is more of a food court style setting but probably is the best counter service in all of WDW (honorable mention to Everything PoP food Court and the new FC in AoA).
Electric umbrella - um...no. lol. There is also Counter service in England (Fish & chips), brats and pretzels in Germany (usually a HUGE long line), Kringla bakery in Norway (they have sandwiches there besides sweets), and several kiosks around world show case that have lots of snacks that eat like a meal.

My favorite Quick Service not just in Epcot but in all of Disney is at the Tangierine Cafe (yes, that's how it's spelled lol) at the Morocco Pavilion. I 100% highly recommend the Mediterranean Sliders Combo.

Not sure Tangierine (named after the city of Tangier, Morocco, that's why it is spelled like that) can be considered inside, as it is sheltered but open-air and does not have air conditioning.

Yes, you can eat inside La Hacienda after picking up your lunch outside at La Cantina. This only works for lunch hours. And if the restaurant is closed for a private event you won't have that option.

Our favorites are Sommerfest in Germany and La Cantina (sit by the water or inside La Hacienda). I find that especially through World Showcase there are plenty of benches/seating to grab something from any kiosk and enjoy yourself.

We enjoy going to Boulangerie Patisserie les Halles at the France pavilion for a light lunch. Usually pick a baguette, pastry and drink either soft and/or warm. Only downside is the staff can be bit grumpy sometimes.

While not "indoors", we like Lotus Blossom Cafe - seating is under cover, food is good but the best is it's very rarely crowded and the servers and so nice and kind - they even will show you photos of the meals so you can see what you are getting.
