Sit down dinner for Vegetarian?

My wife's birthday is coming up and I wanted to take her to a nicer meal at Disneyland. She's vegetarian and I'm having a hard time looking over the menus from Napa Rose, etc and finding vegetarian options.

Have you been to one and recommend something?

We have been to the blue bayou and she didn't like the mushroom dish, so that's kind of out.

I was thinking Wine Country Trattoria, but wanted to try one of the hotel places so I can order a disney cake for her?

Our DDIL is our family vegetarian...At Nape Rose she lets the server know she is vegetarian and they are very accommodating...she has always had a great meal there...she recommends the mushroom risotto & endive pear salad...
