Sit down at Epcot

I have plenty of character meals planned, now I need one for the adults! Which restaurant in Epcot would you choose? We will still have the kids along (don't plan on locking them in the room ) but we would like one nice meal without having to worry about taking pictures or video or having the autograph books at the ready. So which restaurant would you pick?

if you want to keep your kids entertained without characters, i would recommend the san angel inn in mexico. there are lots of things going on visually to keep children (and adults!) entertained - volcanos, boats, mariachi bands, etc. while still having a darker, somewhat romantic atmosphere. if you want a more relaxed dining experience, go during the last possible lunch seating...it is much quieter and far less crowded and you won't feel like you're being rushed out. i would also recommend le cellier in canada, but it has a much quieter atmosphere than mexico.

We went to Le Cellier for dinner. DD(4y) had the pasta and enjoyed her dessert. DH and I had steaks. DS (1y) had a little bit of everyone else's food and loved the Cheddar Soup. We will be going back for our next Disney visit.

I'd recommend Coral Reef, because it is a quiet, fancier atmosphere for the adults, but it is also very appealing to the kids because of the aquarium.

If you aren't on the DDP and money is a concern, this is probably not the best choice. Our lunch for 1 adult and 2 children would have come to $120 if not for the DDP.

LeCellier,Teppanyaki or Coral Reef would be a great dining experience for your family.

I recommend Teppenyaki or biergarten.

I've read mixed reviews on Biergarten, but when we were there last September, WE LOVED IT! Even my dh danced with my daughter on the dance floor. It was great. And the food was wonderful, too.

Teppanyaki in Japan is great...it will keep the kids entertained right in their seats watching the food being made in front of them. Also, San Angel Inn in Mexico is nice - you have the boat ride right there that they would enjoy! We really enjoy Alfredo's...but not much in the entertainment aspect (usually there are some singers going from table to table).
