Mine cut it off, too. Or they didn't actually show the announcement. I tried to search and didn't come up with anything, so I wonder if it was a cliff hanger.
Anyone get the feeling that the other plural family (maybe episode before this last episode) shares a bed? Very odd.
She didn't make one.. Kody made an announcement about Robyn having to make an announcement and then Robyn said she had to go because she heard her phone ringingAnd then at the very end they interviewed Robyn and she said something like "Sometimes you just have to answer the phone" and that was it. Lame.
I haven't read through all of these posts, but have watched sister wives from the beginning. It makes me sick how Meri gets everything she wants. I'm sorry , but she doesn't need that big house for just her. It was her decision to not have more children. They have all of those kids to put through college and she is being so selfish. She needs to get a job and support her child and step children. She looks at it as Jenell will foot the bill. I feel like she's always abused Jenell. Meri is all about Meri and that's all that matters. Meri and Robyn team up and it's sickening. Jenell gets a pat on the head and no affection. Robyn is clearly the trophy wife. Their situation is such a train wreck. Their own kids even see it.
It wasn't Meri's decision to not have more children. They have tried, they just haven't been able to.
I started catching up on some of the more recent episodes that I had missed. I do business lending and their whole pitch for venture capital was sort of silly. They have millions of hits on their site in one month and only have 500 orders! That's a huge red flag. Obviously they have an issue with their products. What they are selling is so geared toward their way of life that they have limited their actual market demographic to basically just other polygamists. Unless they do some big overhaul of their product line I can't see this venture making it long term.
I also thought that Mari going off to college but saying to Robin that she'd be involved and still help was unrealistic. I think the business is all Robin's idea and everyone went along with it to humor her. She seems to be the only one fully invested in the enterprise.

Yep, major miscalculation expecting that the celebrity factor generated by the show would translate into sales. Bottom line - nobody wants this stuff and it's unlikely anybody ever will. Marketing isn't the problem; as you point out there's an absurd amount of traffic to that website. Heck, we've all checked it out, haven't we? Anybody buy anything? They've also worked expos and placed product on consignment in local stores - nada. It was a vanity project (mostly Robin's) plain and simple. No sane venture capitalist anywhere would give them a dime. The family would have more income potential I'm sure if they flogged Janelle's "food storage systems", whatever those might be.![]()
Anyone watch the Tell All special? Robyn didn't look pregnant and for once she was sitting next to Kody. It was great to see the kids.
Yes, please fill me in. We moved last weekend and the cable hadn't been hooked up yet. I'm dying to know what prompted Christine to walk off the set.
Yes, I was actually watching (well kind of dozing off) when Christine walked off the set. What was that all about?
It was because she thought there was going to be a question about the individual relationships and they had all requested that that not be talked about. Apparently there is quite a bit if jealousy amongst the wives and Christine thought Robin was going to be questioned about her relationship with Kody. Not the sex side, but the 'datey' one on one side and she wanted none of it.
