I am watching right now and it really looks like one of the daughters is pregnant I didn't get her name, but she looks normal size everywhere else, but had a pretty big belly.

I watched last night's season premiere ... and IMHO, I still don't understand why anyone would choose this lifestyle for themselves or their children, but to each his/her own ... whatever makes them happy ...

I really didn't find anything about last night's episode to be too notable ... I guess it's because it seemed to be like old news - (i.e., them appearing on The Today Show for the first time last year & coming out to the world, finding out that they were being investigated by the DA's office) ... to me the episode seemed more like a recap of the past - maybe it was done this way for the new viewers of the show ...

Robyn still drives me crazy though ... I can't stand the way she squints her eyes when she talks or wrinkles her forehead, especially during the interviews from the couch ... and speaking of the couch interviews, can they sit any closer to each other?! ... I guess they have to fit them all within the tv screen shot, but please ... I don't know how they can breathe ... and I still don't see what these women see in Kody, but once again, whatever makes them happy ...

I agree last night seemed almost like a review of last season, I guess it was showing what was going on behind the scenes while last season was being shown. They spent so much time on how they were "coming out"--soon everyone would know their "lifestyle" and there would be no turning back. But I was thinking "ummm...you are already "out"!

It is always hard to determine the timeline of these reality shows when they spend so long in production between shooting and airing. Meanwhile, we already saw them on the Today show months ago.

I could be wrong, but it looks like one of the wives is pregnant (janelle?). She isn't the one that just had a baby...it's the other blond...but not Meri. LOL

I thought she looked pregnant too, but sometimes it can just be the body type throwing you.

Eh. I don't particularly like Kody, but I won't judge on this one. I've known too many 2nd marriages where the new husband adopted the kids at the same time as the marriage or as close to it as possible because the first husband was a real piece of work and the second husband wanted to be the kids' dad as much as he wanted their mom to be his wife.

My older kids call their stepfather Dad, for my younger he is his Dad. I'm divorced and they have a father. They just decided on their own to do it. I don't see the big deal

I know I'm the odd one out, but I like them. I don't care about their lifestyle, it has no impact on me. Live and let live.

Just watched last night's episodes. Koday sure gets to travel a lot. Where do they get all the money to go on the trips? He acted like he paid for it, not the network. I'm sure the other kids were jelous that they had to stay at home and go bowling. So now the only one that hasn't gone on a trip yet is Jenelle, right? She and Kody went on a one night camping trip for her birthday.
It was funny to hear Robyn say she wouldn't want a husband around all the time. I've heard Christine and Jenelle sorta say the same thing, but not Meri. I think if it were not for her daughter, she would leave.

IMO, I really don't believe them when they say they wouldn't want Kody around all the time because if that were 100% true then they wouldn't get jealous/upset when he does something with one wife and the others are left home without him ... for example, when Kody & Robyn went on their honeymoon, the other 3 wives admitted they were upset/jealous ... also, last night, Christine said that she was upset & surprised when Kody decided to take a 4th wife because she loved being the 3rd wife and it made her feel like she was not enough for him (or something along those lines) ... so if she really wouldn't "want a husband around all the time", why would taking on another wife upset her at all, KWIM? ...

Another thing I've been noticing that seems a bit odd to me is when Kody refers to his children he refers to them as either "Janelle's kids" or "Christine's kids", etc. ... for example, just last night when he was talking about the trip to Las Vegas he said "I'm taking Christine and her kids on a trip to Las Vegas" ... why didn't he just refer to them as "our" kids? ... I thought they were all supposed to be one big happy family with 1 dad, 4 moms and all the kids are "theirs" ...

I agree on both accounts. I think that just because they don't want him around all the time, that doesn't mean that they want him to be with another woman on the down-time.

And I do think it makes more sense for the viewers if he says "Janelle's kids"...but to say "Janelle and her kids"? ..Hmm...Freudian slip?

Christine seems to have a lot of issues with Robyn, imo.

I totally agree ... that's why I don't think Christine is being all that genuine when she says that she wouldn't want a husband around all the time ... I think she would love to have Kody all to herself (I don't know why, IMHO , but to each his own) ... and now with Robyn's baby news, I'm curious how she is handling that ...

And yes, I also noticed that Robyn's & Christine's mouths & the way they talk were similar too, but I thought it was just me ...
