Singles line or Baby swap?

What rides have a singles line? Is it only Test Track?
The only ride dh and I would be going on alone is RnRC. Would just baby swapping speed that up? Can you baby swap in a singles line?
Thanks!

As of now the only WDW attraction that has a singles line is TT but MS may also have one. Baby Swap is generally your best option especially if you can also use FP. Get a FP for RnRc and have DH get one for TOT. Then when you go to use your FP at RnRc have Dh and baby with you. CM will issue you a baby swap pass and Dh and baby can wait for you where its convenient. When you are done DH can ride while you wait with baby. So on and so forth for TOT etc. Be sure that DH and baby (or child to small to ride) are with you as the CM may or may not issue the baby swap pass without a "baby". (I don't blame them FWIW, dh and my 6yo went off for ice cream and cm was hesitant but luckily I found them.)

I would be sure and check with the CM at the entrance to the FP or standby line to be sure you are following the procedure "of the day". It seems to vary from ride to ride and CM to CM but that's not a complaint. Baby swap is terrific and a great way to ride without having to wait double time. I was able to BF dd while dh rode rides and then still ride myself as opposed to trips prior to FP and baby swap where DH did most of the attractions.

Baby swap is not an inherently faster method. Both parents and the child wait in line in the normal fashion, either fastpass or standby or singles.

When the family "comes up to bat", one parent rides and the other remains "in the on-deck circle" until the first parent completes the ride.

Who favors the following in supermarket express checkout lanes?

"Larger orders may bat but may not stand on deck."

When we rode RnR using the "child watcher pass" described above, we didn't have the baby with us. We just told them that we needed the pass. This was in July. Maybe people are taking advantage of the system now. We DID have 2 older kids with us though. I don't know if that makes a difference. BTW, we were able to let the 2 older kids ride with each adult, so they got to go on the ride twice while the other parent waited with the baby.

We used parent swap on RnR and ToT. DS#2 wasn't tall enough, or brave enough for either.

They do have a singles line on Mission Space but DH was still gone a LONG time even though the wait time said 10 mins. He said the preshow stuff takes quite a while.

The preview/warm-up stuff at MS does take a while - also the exit area is crowded and constrained so can take some time to get through there as well

For the baby/child swap we always both get FP's and then just take our turn - I know it is not as efficient but it works well for us

thanks

Not recently, when using both the standby lines and the FP lines in November, we experienced the following. The adult riding second was given a baby swap ticket (similar to fp) and told to leave with the child and return through the fp line with the baby swap pass after the first adult was done. In the past we have had to wati as a group in the lines but now you can take the younger child/baby into the shade or a cool place to wait.

I would highly recommend checking with the CM at each attraction before you get fp or get in line. The CM will let you know how they handle the child swap - its different from ride to ride.

I had no trouble getting a child swap pass on RnRc even though dh had already taken younger dd to get an ice cream. On TOT my younger dd had to be present to get the child swap pass and then they could leave. My older dd did get to ride with both adults.

Baby swap seemd useless on Test Track. All 4 adults had fast pass and we (and our toddler) still waited almost 10 minutes, not counting time in the pre-show. When it was time to get on, my husband and little boy stepped out of line. When we got off, they told us he had to exit and come back through the fast pass line. He didn't want to wait again, so he didn't get to ride.

Oops! Sorry about the double post. I thought I stopped the first one in time to fix my typo....

So you are saying you didn't get a Baby swap pass, you just did fast passes. So maybe getting a Baby swap pass would be a good idea. I think you have to specifically let the CMs know you are doing a baby swap.
