Just had to share...We are down to 8 days and counting and couldn't be more excited. This is our 3rd trip in 3 years and we are doing a few new things for the first time. Blue Bayou, World of Color, and I'm hoping to to the Walk in Walt's Footsteps tour.

We will be at the Hojo from the 14-21st for 7 wonderful days at the Happiest Place on Earth

Have a trip. The weather has started to cool down so you won't be so hot in the parks. I was there at about 5 on Wed. and it was still pretty hot.

We will be at the Grand on Sunday with my daughter, son-in-law and 3 kids. We have two rooms booked. This is my first time staying at the Grand. I will be staying again in Oct. with my sister. I'm glad it's cooled down for the parks. Hope it isn't too cool to swim in the pool though. We are spending Sunday at the hotel and Monday in the parks. Since we live in San Diego we don't have to get everything done every time. The twins are only 3 so there will be no fireworks or WOC as they go to bed around 7:00 every night. The 8 year old will see the fireworks for the first time from our room.

5 days and counting! Woot! I'm so glad the weather's cooling off, it always feels 5* warmer to me than it is in DL. DF keeps asking me what he should pack and I'm like, "Everything!" lol I take shorts, capris, jeans, tanks, t-shirts, long sleeves, a sweatshirt and a windbreaker. You never know what the weather will do or how it will feel.
