............can someone please help me get a video card from Epcot to work?!! A friend of mine is down there and he sent me a card. I can not get this thing to work!!!! I have installed the latest real one player, like it recommends, but the image never appears. It actually freezes my system. I have to use the task manager to get it to go away.

Anyone have any ideas on why this won't work?? It's driving me nuts!!!

Does your computer have plenty of memory? Is it giving you an error message?

When I tried to watch it the first time, an error message came up, saying that I needed to install the latest version of real player. I did that and tried again. The screen, with the stamp from Innoventions appears, the camera appears in the center, telling me to click here. I click it and either the screen area goes black and does nothing or nothing at all happens. If I let it stay on the screen for a few minutes, waiting to see if something happens, my system freezes!!

I have sent one of these videos home to myself last year when we were down in WDW and it worked fine. This one has me stumped!
