Since when did Jen become Jenn?

My husband's sister's name is also Jennifer. My husband and I got married before she got married so for about two years, we had the same exact name.

Yeah, I forgot this part. My brother married a Jennifer. We now share the same first and last name. It does create a problem sometimes. I get there bills all the time. Grrr.... Everytime they go to the Dr. I get the bill. The hospital/Dr.'s office somehow keeps putting my address on their account. Thank goodness our middle initials and ss #'s are different. That's about the only way I can get it straightened out. I always thought when I get married I want to keep my last name. I'm rethinking that decision now. I keep telling my Mom I'm going to marry a Dave (my Dad's name) or a Dan (my brother's name) because really we're just all on a mission to drive her nuts! hee hee

Same story here... born Jennifer Ann in 1974 (along with 1 billion other Jennifers). Got to elementary school and was lost among the other Jens. In 2nd grade I decided I was going to be JENN to be "different". Little did I know many other Jens decided the same thing!

Now when someone writes my name as Jen I think "that's not me... I'm Jenn"

But just don't EVER call me Jenny, k?
