I just saw it on TV onm the ellen degeress (sp) show. Is that ride a roller coster, I was looking forward to going on it but now I am second guessing it. Anyone ride on it yet? TIA :)

We were on it at the AP preview this past Saturday, it's not a roller coaster, it's a simulator like Back to the Future was, but much smoother, and the screen is much clearer. A little shaky, but it is like any simulator. There is a full review here by Metro West (Todd)

As Akdar stated...it's a simulator...not a coaster. It's smoother than BTTF (if you rode that) but is a little rough in spots. It's a fun ride...try it! :teeth:

To me it's a simulator of a coaster ride. I don't do any fast/spinning rides and I loved it!

I was on the SIMPSONS ride twice on Monday. It was so smooth and very entertaining. My expectations were quite high for this ride and as a passholder I had rode BTTF many many times. Looks like the only part of the old ride used was the cars but everything else is new and so much more improved.

Is this ride the old BTM ride?
