Now thats what i call service, ordered A brits guide from the Foulsham website on 29/11 and it was posted on 6/12 and didnt arrive.
E-mailed Foulsham on 4/01 to explain and recieved a reply the next day.

We are sorry to learn that you still have not received the Orlando book.
We have checked with our warehouse and confirm it was sent by post to you on
6 December.
Presumably it has been lost in the post like so many things things this year
- we are really experiencing so many problems with the mail.
We are sending a duplicate copy direct from the publishers today.

Full marks to Foulsham thats what I call service, so if any one needs a copy forget amazon etc.
By the way its worth every penny and wearing out already.
