Simba's clubhouse question

Hi! We are going to be at AKL 12/3-12/10. We have a DD 9 years and a DS 7 years. DH and I would like to go out for drinks one evening. . . couple of hours. . . why not, we don't have to drive!!!!

Anyways, should I be calling now to make reservations at Simba's clubhouse, or do you do that upon arrival?

Has anyone done this? What did your children think of it?

I'd call and make the ressie now if you know what night you want to go out. They take a cc # as a guarantee only. They only take a limited # of kids and that way you have it booked. Chances are you will be able to get something sometime but if you know you really want a night out, it can't hurt to call and make the ressie! Our kids are doing 2 nights in kid clubs and we had concierge make the ressies for us at 90 days.

AKL Concierge have just made us reservations for Simbas Clubhouse and they said there was limited availability.....and this is for April 29th!!

If you know when you want then book now, you need to leave CC details to reserve but pay on the day apparently, $10/hour per child which includes dinner.
