Silverlake a few ?

I have a few questions about silverlake if anyone could help me out please?

I read somewhere that the construction is going on for the rest of 2008, anyone know when this is going to finish?
Also are they going to renovate all the rooms, or will some be left? we are going to use a skyauction certificate so I was wandering if they tend to put people with these vouchers in these rooms?

We are booking a 2 bedded room, would this be a 2 bed villa or are they 1 bedroom and a lock off?

Finally any recommendations on which blocks are best.

Not really sure what construction. I know that the 500 building is due to be renovated from August to November, so it will probably not be open. As for type of unit if it said sleeps 8 you will probably be in the villas, ask for the 700 building it is closest to the pool, also ask for a ground floor so you don't have to climb stairs.
