I haven't been there in a few years, but I'm sure it hasn't changed much. I don't know the age of your children but if their over the age of 10 or so I would say I seriously doubt their going to like it.
However if their smaller and enjoy a more natural park it's a cute place to visit. The glass bottom boats are pretty cool to ride and see all the natural springs below. They have some animals and a small play area. I think you could see the park in about half a day.
Then you also have to look at the price. It's $30 an adult to get in and $25 a child. A little pricey IMO but if you not on a budget or a tight schedule then got for it. The worst that can happen is that you find that you didn't enjoy and do go back again.
