Just wondering if anyone has visited there recently? We are going to spend the night in Ocala on our way down to Disney and spend the day there before heading into Orlando. It has been 22 years since I have been there and was really wondering if it is still a fun place to visit. TIA

I haven't been there in a few years, but I'm sure it hasn't changed much. I don't know the age of your children but if their over the age of 10 or so I would say I seriously doubt their going to like it.

However if their smaller and enjoy a more natural park it's a cute place to visit. The glass bottom boats are pretty cool to ride and see all the natural springs below. They have some animals and a small play area. I think you could see the park in about half a day.

Then you also have to look at the price. It's $30 an adult to get in and $25 a child. A little pricey IMO but if you not on a budget or a tight schedule then got for it. The worst that can happen is that you find that you didn't enjoy and do go back again.
