Silver Plan Experts - Can we take a guest?

We're arriving at WDW in 9 days staying on the silver dream maker plan. My husband has a friend in Orlando who will be joining us for dinner one night. We'd like to use one of our wishes to pay for his meal. I know the wishes are all pooled on our account and accessible via our room card. Will we be able to pay for 5 dinners when there are 4 in our party?

We just came back from doing the gold plan and they only required one of our cards when the check came. I think as long as everyone's ressie is listed under the same name...they just deduct from the total wishes of the group.
