Silver Lake Resort

Hi eveybody. I tried this thread on another board without much success. Maybe people on this board can help. We have a reservation at The Silver Lake Resort for Mar 11. I was wondering if anyone has stayed here before. It is close to Disney just off Sherbeth Rd. We also have to do the 90 min timeshare talk. Has anybody done this before and how high pressure is it. Thanks in advance.

I haven't stayed here - some people love it.

it is very convenient for WDW.

Search the board for my previous post, but my family stayed there in December and found it to be very enjoyable. Great location and the facilities were more than adequate. We will probably stay there agin next year, if that's any indication.

We stayed there in one of the older larger units and liked it alot. Didnt do the sales thing though

Stayed there once and liked it. Sales talk wasn't too bad, and we actually were considering it, but went DVC instead.

we stayed in the new section (Silver Points) in October. We enjoyed our stay and would return, without question! It is very close to the Animal Kingdom, and not far at all to the other parks.

Another fan of Silver Lake. We've stayed in many of the timeshares near Disney and this is one of our favorites. I especially loved not only that our 2 bedroom unit was HUGE, but also that the floors were all ceramic tile. This was so great for a wheelchair. Stay here with confidence and enjoy your trip.
