Silver Knight award in Social Studies goes to student with CP

Every year in our county high school seniors are selected for Silver Knight awards in various areas. This year for the first time I know of a handicapped young man was selected for the award in Social Studies. This young man has severe CP but a brillant mind and I have had the pleasure of knowing him and his Dad who acts as his para for the last 4 years at our school. Way to go. Handicaps will never stop you. He is going to Harvard in the fall.
