I put an offer in on a resale at VB, at first it was listed on their site as sale pending, now it is no longer there. Is this any indication that I may have passed ROFR or am I just looking way too depp into this. I am so excited and just cant wait to hear. We submitted on 12/8/08. Thanks for humoring me!!

Depending on when you sent the deposit, it is not likely you passed ROFR yet. I have purchased through The Timeshare Store a few times. I think the pending status disappears after they have received all the paperwork and deposit from you, have set up an escrow account for you, and have submitted the paperwork for ROFR. I have always received an email telling me when the paperwork has been submitted for ROFR and then again telling me if when it passed. Good luck. I hope your purchase goes smoothly.:goodvibes

When my deposit check was received by TTS, they took the listing down for my contract so I am thinking that the deposit is the catalyst. Passing ROFR came a little while later. Good luck!

The sale goes through for the real estate company if it is ROFR'd or not. Either you are the buyer or DVC. So there's no reason for them to keep it up on their website.

we are in the same position, only with BWV... they received our deposit today and our sale pending is also gone. I am so enjoying this process! Now for ROFR to go swiftly and well... :)
