Ok.....my biggest fear is thinking I'm PIF and finding out im not and losing our cruise! Today I was signing up for BBB for my DD and a friends kids. When I was selecting kids, in their room, it says not paid in full next to the selection of names. I assume that is just saying the BBB isn't paid in full....I mean I wouldn't be able to make ressies for them if paid in full....

You cannot reserve excursions (of which BBB is considered one) unless you are Paid in Full for the cruise. It's possible for your excursion booking window to open before your actual Paid in Full date. In that case, if you want to make any excursion bookings, you must Pay in Full early.

Travel agents have nothing to do with booking excursions. However, if you paid your cruise off (through your TA) and it hasn't shown up on the DCL website that you are paid n full, then you have an issue with your TA.

I am by no means an expert so I hope someone else weighs in-but I would double check the "paid in full status" you think you have. When we signed up for Bippity Boppity Boutique, we were paid in full for the cruise and no such warning came up. Beside, they didn't charge my credit card for pre booked excursions or on board activities (like BBB) until they happened even though I booked them several months prior. So while our cruise was paid in full, nothing we were booked for was charged until they happened and I had no "not paid in full" warning come up. I hope that made sense.

You don't pay for things like that until you're onboard. You aren't paying for it up front.

When I go to travel website it says paid in full....here is the photo of what shows up....

So were you able to book for your kids kids and not hers?
Have you cruised before? If so your booking window will be open before your PIF date.
Disney Cruise is still open I suggest calling them to make sure. If today is the PIF date they will cancel the room. No exceptions!! You can pay it off tonight and deal with your travel agent next week.

I emailed her. The TA website says we're all paid up AND I've booked Palo for both rooms successfully and BBB?????? Would it let me book them if they weren't PIF?

Each room has it's own reservation number. Is it possible that the first room is paid, and the second isn't. Did you actually check the reservation for the second room to see it's paid in full status? Or did you just try to book everything through the first room's reservation?

Call Disney
I called Disney...they can't tell me anything which makes me wish we'd just not used a TA! I just noticed it today and it's 90 days today!!!! I emailed out TA and hope to hear today but both ressies through their system come up as PIF???? I took a screenshot of the page but until I hear from someone I don't know what to do???? What will happen if I don't hear until tomorrow and there is a problem??????

Is the other room Silver, Gold, Platinum or new cruisers?

This IS what I did as I am making all our excursion reservations but even though it's through MY reservation (which is PIF) would I still be able to do their online check in and excursions when they aren't PIF?

Is today your PIF date? Some cruises are less than that. Are you concierge? A cruise of 10 days or less from a US port (non-concierge) PIF date is 75 days out. You may have time to work it out.

I'd probably call DCL, and ask to speak to a supervisor. Tell them that you're aware that you have to work through your TA, but your TA is unavailable until (whenever), and you're concerned that the DCL site seems to be saying that one of your room isn't paid in full, but the TA's site is saying it is.

Hopefully, they can start a file on what's going on so a resolution can be found. Soon.

Is this a big name TA (one that has a good history of working well with their customers? I certainly hope that it's not a case of taking your money and running.

Yes, online checkin doesn't require being PIF. Only excursion bookings.
