Silly Newbie ADR question (about changing resort resvs)

Hey all,

Going to WDW in September (POR), will be the first time since I was a kid, and the first time in Orlando for my DW!

My question is regarding making ADRs under the 180+10 rule... if I have a resort reservation, I make my ADRs at the 180 mark for my whole trip, and then later down the line my reservation changes (we might be changing to an earlier week), does that affect the ADRs that I made under my previous reservation? Will I need to call for each ADR to "update" them of my new resort reservation?
